All orders ship from our warehouse in Tucson, AZ.Ā 

United States

  • Free US shipping is available on all orders $50+.
  • BluShark offers low-cost $4.50 standard shipping with USPS throughout the U.S. on all orders under $50.
  • For heavier accessory products, such as the Watch Repair Tool Kit, a $5 shipping surcharge will be added for orders under $50.Ā Ā 
  • We also offerĀ UPS Shipping, including 2-Day and Ground services. Pricing varies based on carrier rates and delivery locations.Ā UPS delivers on weekdays, from Monday to Friday.Ā 
  • Orders are processed Mon-Fri. OrdersĀ placed before 12pmĀ PST typically ship the same day. Orders placed after 12pm ship the following business day. You will receive a shipping confirmation email from us with tracking information once your order has shipped.Ā Ā

Outside United States

  • There areĀ severalĀ shipping options available, however we no longerĀ offer USPS First Class as they don't provide tracking and some packages have previously been lost in transit.Ā Current shipping options include the following:
    • UPS Worldwide Expedited:Ā OffersĀ fast international shipping with delivery in 2-5 business days globally.Ā 
    • UPS Standard:Ā A more cost effective international shipping option that can have a longer delivery time dependent on location. Estimated delivery times will display at check-out.Ā 
    • DHL eCommerce Parcel Direct: this is the most economical option (comparable to USPS First Class), with transit times of 3 to 10 business days after receipt by DHL. AvailableĀ for 30+ countries (see full list below).
    • DHL eCommerce Parcel Standard: transit time of 4 to 8 business days after receipt by DHL.
    • DHL Express Worldwide: transit time of 1 to 3 business days after receipt by DHL. (This option requires drop-off at a DHL service point so there may be an additional day from whenĀ the order is packaged to when DHL receives the item.)
  • Tracking information will be provided by DHL via text or email.
  • Taxes and duties may be collected up front as part of the checkout process so there are no surprises when clearing customs.
  • Once the address is entered as part of checkout, the available shipping options willĀ appear based on your country. If an option doesn't appear, then that shipping option is not currently availableĀ for your country.
  • All DHL shipping options above are available for the following: Australia, Canada, Hong Kong, Israel, New Zealand, Singapore, South Korea, United Kingdom, Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Republic of Cyprus, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain,Ā  Sweden.
  • DHL Express Worldwide is the only option available for the following: Japan, Mexico, Norway, Philippines, Switzerland, Taiwan.

Order Protection

We understand how frustrating it can be when a package goes missing during transit or, in the worst-case scenario, gets stolen.Ā Once your package leaves our office, it is under the control of the delivery service. Resolving issues with lost or stolen packages can be time-consuming and often involves filing a claim with the carrier or even contacting your local police department. To offer you peace of mind, we provide an Order Protection Add-OnĀ allowing us to re-ship a new package as soon as a package is considered missing, damaged, stolen without having to wait on claims to be finalized.Ā Ā Read more about Shipping Protection here.
