BluShark Straps (Atlas Bands LLC) is committed to providing a clear and customer-friendly return and refund process. Please read the policy carefully before initiating a return.
1) Eligibility for Returns
You may request a return within 30 days of the delivery date (based on carrier tracking). To qualify, items must be:

Unused, unworn, and in original condition

Returned with all original packaging, tags, inserts, and accessories

Free from signs of wear, damage, odor, or alterations
We do not charge restocking fees.
2) Items Not Eligible for Return
Returns may be refused if:

The item shows signs of use, wear, damage, alteration, or missing parts/packaging

The return request is submitted after 30 days

The product is clearly marked as final sale / non-returnable on the product page

The item cannot be resold due to hygiene/safety concerns (when applicable)
If a return is refused, we can ship the item back to you at your expense.
3) Return Shipping Costs
Defective, damaged, or incorrect items:
If you received an item that is defective, damaged in transit, or not what you ordered, we will provide a resolution (replacement or refund) and cover return shipping (when return is required).
Change of mind / wrong selection:
If you ordered the wrong size or color, or simply no longer want the item, and reside within the United States, we will provide a free prepaid return label.
• For exchanges involving an item of equal value, you will only be responsible for the shipping cost of the replacement item.
• If you are exchanging for a different item, you will be responsible for any additional shipping charges as well as any price difference between the original and replacement items.
EU Customer Refunds & Shipping If you are returning an order from within the EU, your refund will include the original shipping fee you paid to receive your item. If you chose to upgrade to express delivery at checkout, we will refund you the cost of our standard shipping rate. Please note that customers are responsible for paying the return postage to ship the item back to us.
4) How to Start a Return or Exchange

You'll need the following:

The email the order was placed under.

The zipcode the order was shipped to.
Processed following the steps in setting up your return or exchange. You'll be provided with a pre-paid return label or QR code which can be scanned at drop off. If you run into any issues, please contact support at support@blusharkstraps.com
5) Return Packaging Requirements
Please pack your return securely to prevent damage in transit. We recommend using the original packaging and an outer shipping mailer/box.
6) Refund Method and Processing Time
Once your return is received and inspected, and approved:

Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout.

Refunds are not issued as store credit unless you explicitly request store credit and we confirm it in writing.
Processing timeline:

Inspection/approval typically occurs within 7 business days of delivery to our return facility.

After approval, the payment provider/bank may take additional time to post the refund (timing varies by provider).
7) Order Issues (Damaged / Defective / Wrong Item)
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery and include photos of:

The shipping label (if visible)
We will evaluate and provide the best resolution (replacement, refund, or other support).
